Gerry Ferguson
President and CEO – Performance Wellhead & Frac Components
Gerry Ferguson is President and CEO of Performance Wellhead & Frac Components, and has been in that position since founding the company in 2006. With a relentless passion and drive to be the very best, Ferguson brings the experience and expertise needed for strategic planning, expansion, business development and operational support. Ferguson possesses over thirty years of executive leadership experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Prior to founding Performance, Ferguson served as Senior VP of Operations for Superior Wellhead, Inc. Past positions include serving as Domestic Business Unit Manager for Weatherford Wellhead Systems and in numerous executive, senior level management positions with Wood Group Pressure Control and Wood Group ESP, spanning the course of 14 years.

Alan Senn
Chief Operating Officer – Performance Wellhead & Frac Components
Alan Senn is Chief Operating Officer for Performance Wellhead & Frac Components. Prior to joining Performance in 2010, Senn served as President of Superior Wellhead Inc. Senn’s earlier career spanned the course of 26 years at Wood Group, where he worked his way up from a Field Sales and Service position to President of Wood Group Pressure Control. He later served as President of Wood Group ESP for 3 years prior to joining Superior.With over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Senn brings a keen expertise in growth, acquisitions, and expansion into new markets.

Carolyn Rominger
Chief Financial Officer – Performance Wellhead & Frac Components
Carolyn Rominger currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Performance Wellhead & Frac Components and also oversees the HS&E and Human Resources departments. Rominger has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting for businesses in a variety of different industries.

Prior to joining Performance, Rominger served as Business Manager for the City of Gilmer where she was responsible for directing all financial operations for the municipality. Earlier posts include an executive team position with AirBand Communications (a national fixed wireless broadband services company), Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. , and an executive-level financial position at 7th Level, Inc., a video games development company, where Rominger played a principal role in the company’s growth and development from start-up through IPO and secondary offerings.

Rominger brings financial leadership that spans the range from traditional finance and accounting functions and beyond to include mergers and acquisitions, as well as private and public financings. Rominger received her BBA with Honors from the University of Texas in 1988 and was certified as a CPA in 1991.
