MPD Application Manifold Managed Pressure Drilling operations normally are extremely crowded given the vast amount of additional equipment required on location. In 2008, Performance Wellhead & Frac Components designed and manufactured the first “L-Shape” manifold. Given the space constraints on location, the L-Shape manifold design reduced the overall footprint by 50% over the previous design, eliminating the cluttered workspace safety hazard.
