Lee Rowe

CEO; Performance Wellhead & Frac Components

 

Mr. Rowe has over 30 years of operational and executive management experience. He has led several oilfield services companies that deliver above-ground and down-hole services. He was General Manager of a business unit of the Flowserve Corporation that designed, manufactured and serviced Valtek Control Valves for the oil and gas, chemical and power generation industries. Earlier in his career he led a major LNG pump and infrastructure manufacturer.   Lee has also managed businesses that design and manufacture pumps and valves for downstream petroleum products handling. He worked in management consulting for 10 years as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and a Principal at A.T. Kearney specializing in aerospace engineering and manufacturing. While working in the consulting industry he earned his Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) certification from the American Inventory and Production Control Society. He has expertise in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and systems implementation. He also achieved the designation of provisional ISO-9000 assessor. He holds MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

 

Jeff Helmcamp

COO; Performance Wellhead & Frac Components

 

Mr. Helmcamp currently serves as the COO of Performance Wellhead and Frac Components (PWFRAC) since February of 2017. He founded and served as President of Slingshot Supply, an Oilfield Service Company from March 2011 to February 2017. He served as a Division Manager from 2005 to 2011 at J&W Services and Equipment. Mr. Helmcamp was the founder of Freedom Cleaners in 1994 growing to 13 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, selling the last one in 2005. Mr. Helmcamp is a High School Graduate that learned many skillsets before exploring his entrepreneurial dreams of owning his own company shortly after graduating in 1990.

 

 

Andria Goetz

Chief Financial Officer of Performance Wellhead & Frac Components

 

Andria  has over 19 years of experience in finance and accounting for businesses in a variety of different industries.   Goetz most recently served as the Controller for Performance.Prior to joining Performance, Goetz served as Financial Controller for Emco Wheaton USA, Inc., a division of Gardner Denver, Inc.; she was with Gardner Denver for 8 years in a variety of assignments spanning the globe.  In addition to the controller role, Goetz has experience as an internal auditor and tax accountant. Goetz received her BS in Accounting from Illinois College in 1996 and was certified as both a CPA and CIA (currently inactive).

 

 

Mike Thames

Vice President Business Development – Performance Wellhead & Frac Components

 

Mike Thames is Vice President of Business Development for Performance Wellhead & Frac Components. Prior to joining the Performance sales team in May 2013, Thames held positions with Cameron and WKM, having a strong background in management. He is a graduate of Del Mar College and brings 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in wellhead, valves, drilling/production operations, BOPs, choke and kill manifolds, frac operations and quality assurance.
